In June 2022, Youthen Metal Technology successfully passed the annual compliance audit of the three major systems of ISO9001:2015 quality management system, ISO140001:2015 environmental management system and ISO45001:2018IDT health & safety management system and renewed new certificates.
For more than 10 years, Youthen Metal Technology has been actively implementing the audit and certification of the three management systems of ISO quality, environment and health & safety，strictly follow the requirements of the management systems. All staff participate in the implementation process of implementing the standard. In accordance with the standard requirements and on the basis of drawing on the excellent management experience in the industry, the company has compiled management manuals and procedure documents suitable for the operation of the company. The management system and procedure have been improved, and the behavior of employees has been standardized, the daily management and standard implementation work are organically integrated, and a set of standardized management system has been established, which has effectively improved the company's management level.
In terms of quality management system, Youthen Metal Technology exactly follows the requirements of the ISO9001 quality management system, strictly controls the management process and technology, and continues to provide customers with high-quality liquid cold plates, heat sinks and thermal systems. On this basis, we cooperate with customers to jointly develop new products and verify the reliability of quality. We are already implementing the procedures required by TS/ISO16949 systems such as PPAP, and can apply for certification at any time.
In terms of environmental management system, Youthen Metal Technology strictly implements the requirements of ISO140001:2015 for environmental management, and establishes a special-person responsibility system and weekly inspection system in terms of operating environment, production environment, factory environment, working environment, and accommodation environment. At the same time, educate employees to protect the environment, be environmentally friendly, and produce green.
In terms of health and safety management system, Youthen Metal Technology has always strictly followed ISO45001:2018 health and safety management system regulations, local government laws and safety production systems, formulated occupational health and safety goals, established systematic management and necessary risk control measures.
