In the past 4 years, the business has been maintaining a high growth rate under we Youthen Metal, the whole team’s concerted hard work, despite the worldwide COVID pandemic, the sever challenge on supply chain and business model changed tremendously, and market competition becomes ever fierce. With sales turnover doubled, R&D and production technology have been improved rapidly, our internal supply chain also has been consolidated and developed into a higher level. And the business model becomes more stable, and our company future is bright and promising.
To better serve our customers, and to embrace next new growth and business booming, start from the end of 2023, Youthen Metal has been internally upgrading continuously, optimizing production distribution, improving working environment, strengthening team development, and keeping increasing R&D investment as well under the precondition of ensuring stable shipment deliveries and constant excellent services to customers.
1. Factory layout has been renewed to ensure higher utilization rate, improve logistic flow direction, upgrade warehouse system.
2. The floor, wall, and lightening system of the whole workshop are upgraded.
3. Equipment upgrade
1.5m*1.5m new generation of horizontal machining center with 360° rotary table, and other more efficient CNC machining centers have been used in production line.
4. Test and reliability testing equipment, R&D equipment and software are upgraded to ensure the high quality level for next generation of liquid cold plate and thermal system.
Since established in July of 2008, Youthen Metal engaged in deep customization research and development of liquid cold plates, heat sinks and thermal system, with R & D and thermal simulation team so always work with customers start from the developing and design stage.

The main features of our products are high mixture & low volume, constantly improving, and jointly developing with customers. The one-stop-shop thermal solution developed and produced for thermal systems such as cooling plates and heat sinks, high-power heat sink, and embedded thermal systems are widely used in industrial automation, new energy vehicle, medical equipment, communication equipment and other mainstream markets.
